Established in 1977, Norfolk Historic Buildings Trust has been instrumental in saving more than 20 historic buildings across Norfolk that might otherwise have been lost.
Entirely self-financing and largely run by volunteers, the Trust’s mission is the conservation and promotion of Norfolk’s built heritage.
We seek to achieve this mission by being:
A CATALYST for building conservation initiatives, working in partnership with others.
A CHAMPION for conservation through campaigning, fundraising and raising public awareness of its work.
A CUSTODIAN for important buildings where no independent economic and sustainable use exists.
